Delivery time depends on your selected country and depending on the handling with customs.

We are not responsible for the postal service when they lose or damage a package, however, this is very unlikely. Once the package has left our store and received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. All of our parcels are sent via Royal Mail, a tracking number will be provided on request.

PLEASE NOTE; any lashes bought from other websites other than will not be refunded for damages or any general returns.

Our team work very hard to ensure that all lashes are packed to perfection. If under any circumstances, you open your parcel of lashes to find damages to your lashes please notify us within 24 hours with a image of the damages. Any damages to lashes on your side will not be refunded. please email us at with the subject line “RETURN” and indicate your Order number in the contents of the message and a member of the team will be happy to assist within 48hours.
